Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager HR Services to join our dynamic team based in Dubai UAE.
About the Company:
Our company is a Dubaibased recruitment agency offering expert talent acquisition and business consultancy services. We specialize in connecting companies with top talent while also providing consultancy for company formation accounting services and business growth in Dubai. With a strong understanding of the UAE market we support businesses in building teams and achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researches industry trends and related events to identify innovative ideas
- Conducts market research to uncover new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media outreach
- Initiates and explores potential business opportunities by reaching out to prospective partners and discovering new avenues for collaboration
- Schedules meetings with potential clients and secures deals by understanding their needs and addressing concerns
- Identifies new talent sourcing markets emphasizes diversity and works with department heads based on market feasibility studies
- Develops negotiation strategies by aligning new ventures with company goals assessing risks and opportunities and understanding partner needs
- Prepares and submits sales reports for management review
- Maintains accurate client contact records and tracks interactions
Requirements
- 510 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- 24 years of experience in the HR & Recruitment industry
- Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC market
- Must have excellent communication skills
