THE MISSION
- Warm Welcomes: Greet every guest with a big smile and genuine warmth making them feel at home from the moment they arrive!
- Seamless Seating: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow and a delightful dining experience!
- Communication Superstar: Maintain clear communication with the restaurant team to coordinate service and accommodate guest requests!
- Guest Relations: Build rapport with returning guests remembering their preferences and making them feel valued!
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor fellow hostesses creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that reflects our Mama spirit!
- Stylish Presentation: Ensure the entrance and dining area are always inviting and reflect the unique charm of Mama Shelter!
- Problem Solver: Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with grace and efficiency ensuring every experience is memorable!
