Restaurant Manager

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Reem Island Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is a native Arabic speaker and fluent in English. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Immediate joiners are preferred.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be in charge of managing a team of servers and kitchen staff as well as handling administrative tasks such as scheduling inventory management and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including frontofhouse and backofhouse operations.

Train supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience.

Monitor and manage inventory levels ordering supplies as needed and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory management cost control and menu development.

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
