Procurement Officer - IGGT GLOBAL

Position Overview:

As a Procurement Officer you will manage and establish supplier relationships negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team to streamline purchasing processes reduce lead times and track supplier performance. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and minimizing downtime by securing quality materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a reliable network of suppliers for spares tools consumables and services.

Negotiate contracts and manage agreements for materials and services.

Monitor supplier performance and manage issues related to deliveries claims and complaints.

Collaborate with the O&M team to identify and establish preferred suppliers.

Track and report material and service purchases monthly and annually.

Qualifications:

High school or technical diploma in any discipline.

Certification in material management or procurement.

Minimum 5 years experience as a purchaser; O&M experience preferred.

Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
