Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a premium boutique aesthetic hospital in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the hospital s growth by identifying new business opportunities forging strong relationships with clients and developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic business relationships with potential and existing clients.
Identify market trends and opportunities through research and analysis of industry events publications and market dynamics.
Evaluate and negotiate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and financial considerations.
Develop and execute strategies for business growth including closing new business deals and managing contracts.
Develop and implement the hospital s marketing plan to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
Coordinate marketing activities including sourcing advertising opportunities and managing marketing materials such as leaflets newsletters and digital campaigns.
Analyze market conditions and periodically revise pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Formulate marketing strategies in alignment with the hospitals brand and corporate policies.
Ensure efficient and costeffective operations in alignment with hospital standards and quality requirements.
Optimize operational systems processes and best practices to improve productivity and profitability.
Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Foster collaboration with physicians departments and staff encouraging a positive and professional working environment.
Provide leadership in resolving personnel and operational concerns while effectively communicating management directives.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing ideally within healthcare or related industries.
Proficiency in computer systems and software including marketing tools and CRM systems.
Strong management and leadership abilities.
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Time management and stress management skills.
