Systems Applications and Products Administrator SAP

Minimum Experience:

At least 5 years of SAP experience in implementing SAP DBM Service & Warranty Application. • Functional/Technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementation and 2+ years of automotive industry • consulting experience.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills.

• Rollout of the DBM solution for new system launches according to project schedule utilizing project Agile methodologies.

• Understand the DBM support issues in level L2 and Level L3.

• Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementation of Applications in SAP.

• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

• Creates or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering technology capacity and limitations, operation times, and form of desired results.

• Oversees the preparation of functional, system and program specifications using solution manager tool in SAP

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, multi-cultural tolerance, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
