Maintenance Mechanicsoversee general upkeep and ensure that infrastructure is safe and functional at all times. They do so by maintaining repairs such as inspecting HVAC systems alongside cosmetic maintenance like applying new coats of paint or trimming bushes and grasses on the grounds.
