Roles & Responsibilities
1. Oversee HR Matters Pertaining to Planning and Organizing
1.1. To assist to lead and support the smooth operations of HR functions relating to the administrative including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, annual review and employees’ wellness and benefits, staff communications, etc.
1.2. To assist in providing guidance to ensure development of HR staff supporting the role, set measurable, achievable (including stretched) targets for the subordinates and monitor the progress 3 to 6 monthly.
1.3. Assist to establish an effective communication system (e.g. E-mail, newsletter, etc.) and build good relations programmes (e.g. Team Building and social activities) to enhance on trust and openness within employees, cultivate harmonious relations, and promote confidence and acceptance of the Company's objectives, policies and activities.
