Plumber

Main Responsibilities:

• Install repair and maintain water supply lines drainage systems and fixtures such as sinks toilets and water heaters.
  
• Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks blockages and malfunctioning fixtures.
  
• Install pipes and plumbing systems for new constructions or renovations according to technical specifications and building codes.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair existing plumbing systems ensuring they meet safety standards.
  
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
  
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national plumbing codes and regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work completed including maintenance logs and parts used.
  
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide solutions on time.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a plumber (home country experience acceptable).
  
• Education: A vocational diploma or certification in plumbing is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Licensing: Familiarity with local plumbing regulations and codes.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in the installation and repair of water supply lines drainage systems and plumbing fixtures.
  
• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
