Job Title: Plumber
Location: Dubai
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 1200 AED 1600
Benefits: Accommodation provided
Age Requirement: Below 35 years
Main Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain water supply lines drainage systems and fixtures such as sinks toilets and water heaters.
- Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks blockages and malfunctioning fixtures.
- Install pipes and plumbing systems for new constructions or renovations according to technical specifications and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing plumbing systems ensuring they meet safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed including maintenance logs and parts used.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide solutions on time.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a plumber (home country experience acceptable).
- Education: A vocational diploma or certification in plumbing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Licensing: Familiarity with local plumbing regulations and codes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the installation and repair of water supply lines drainage systems and plumbing fixtures.
- Ability to diagnose plumbing problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes regulations and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform work in various conditions including confined spaces and outdoor environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Additional Requirements:
- A proactive and detailoriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting bending and working in high or confined spaces.
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
