Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management principles and practices as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a fulltime position based in Dubai UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes to ensure the companys goals and objectives are met
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and targets for their teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for employee development and career growth
- Identify and address performance issues and provide support in implementing corrective actions
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decisionmaking
- Develop and maintain performance management reports and dashboards
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Train and educate managers and employees on performance management practices and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of performance management principles processes and tools
- Experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies and processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance management software
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Fluency in English is required Arabic is a plus
