Sales Manager Key International Accounts Dubai UAE Your future position

We are currently looking to hire a Key International Account Manager to provide a more intimate support for our expanding customer base and increasing market share in the MENA region across product categories Personal care Fabric care Air care Home care and Oral care.
You will be an integral part of our Global Sales team and build upon and provide an intimate relationship with our key customers in the region. You will develop business plans for our key customers to provide them with gamechanging Fragrance solutions and help achieve Givaudans purpose and commercial objectives.
Based in Dubai UAE the role reports to the Sales Manager KIA (based in Dubai) and offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.

In this exciting role you will:
  • Develop an understanding of the customers and their brands.
  • Grow Givaudan business worldwide with designated account by managing top and bottom lines
  • Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated international account
  • Establish the appropriate international commercial structure in order to optimise the account coveragealigned with the customers key decision centres. Manage the international commercial team throughdirect and functional reporting
  • Partner with regional management lead and monitor the development and career growth of the international account team
  • Cultivate productive relationships with key decision makers and senior influential leaders
  • Ensure Givaudan is positioned as the preferred and most relevant supplier to participate in the customers core list and targeted briefs
  • Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of the company strategy brandstrategies positioning strengths and weaknesses and competition
  • Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans sales and profi t forecasts and budget forkey account globally
  • Share vision/strategy with commercial team; set objectives to achieve annual business targets SalesCareer Path

You
Your professional profile includes:

  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience with an excellent track record in sales key account management business development marketing market research or a technocommercial role in the Fragrance Perfumes Cosmetics Ingredients Chemical or FMCG sector(s) preferably in an international work environment.
  • Good knowledge of customers competition and an existing customer network in Pakistan will be ideal.
  • A strong passion and appreciation for the world of Fragrance.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Good commercial and business acumen.
  • Experience of leading functional teams and managing multiple complex projects
  • A team player and comfortable with diversity.
