Permanent Position: Recruiter Officer Native Arabic Speaker Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading human resources and recruitment company based in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Officer who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and a proven track record in recruiting top talent. As a Recruiter Officer you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process for our clients from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fullcycle recruitment including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding for various positions within our clients organizations Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best talent solutions Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards social media networking events and referrals to attract and engage top talent Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the role Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates Manage the offer process including negotiating compensation packages and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies procedures and legal requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fastpaced and multicultural environment Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment best practices in the UAE Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards social media and applicant tracking systems Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proactive resultsdriven and customeroriented mindset Valid UAE driving license is preferred Contract Details: Fulltime permanent position Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic and reputable company Located in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates If you are a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Officer with a passion for finding the best talent and making a positive impact in the recruitment process we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
