Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage Performance Campaigns: Lead and execute internal performance marketing campaigns ensuring they are optimized for maximum ROI across all digital channels.
• SEO Management: Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking organic traffic and search visibility.
• Collaborate with PR Agency: Work closely with the PR agency to create engaging blog content that aligns with marketing goals and enhances brand visibility.
• Website Management: Partner with the IT team to ensure the website is live fully functional and regularly updated. Handle all internal website changes and improvements.
• Salesforce Management: Oversee the use of Salesforce to streamline sales processes and enhance CRM effectiveness.
• Landing Page Creation: Utilize your knowledge of landing page design and optimization to create highconverting pages that support marketing campaigns.
• UI/UX Expertise: Leverage your experience in UI/UX design to enhance user experience and drive engagement across digital platforms.
• AlwaysOn Campaign Management: Ensure continuous optimization and management of alwayson campaigns to maintain brand presence and performance.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of SEO UI/UX and digital marketing best practices.
• Handson experience with Salesforce and website management including technical aspects and content updates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
