Roles & Responsibilities
· Understand the dealership's automotive products and services, including features, specifications, and pricing.
· Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
· Present product/service details convincingly and clearly.
· Acquire leads from different sources, such as walk-ins and inquiries.
· Negotiate terms and prices with customers to secure sales.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by the company.
· Establish and sustain a strong customer relationship by delivering excellent service.
· Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers.
