Roles & Responsibilities
ERP System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and daily maintenance of the ERP system.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
User Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
System Upgrades & Optimization: Plan and manage ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects.
Data Management & Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
