We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job portals social media recruitment agencies and networking.
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and contracts with successful candidates.
Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
35 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques sourcing methods and UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in HR software ATS and MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and work under pressure.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
