Job Description
We re recruiting a BIM Specialist MEP for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading design and construction company in Dubai specializing in innovative architectural solutions for residential commercial and industrial projects. With a focus on quality attention to detail and client satisfaction they deliver projects on time and within budget incorporating sustainable practices and modern design technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D BIM models for construction and architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate models
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
- Provide technical support and assist project teams with BIM tasks
- Generate reports visualizations and construction documents from BIM models
- Maintain organized project files and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD or similar tools
- A basic understanding of construction architecture or engineering principles
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO BIM standards) is an advantage
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIMrelated roles
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks BIM 360 AutoCAD etc.)
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver complex construction projects
- (Preferred) Experience in the design or construction of industrial projects critical infrastructure or largescale MEP plants including systems controls commissioning power management and technical operations for data centers and critical infrastructure
- (Preferred) Experience in designing and analyzing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models
