Hostess

Our client is an upscale restaurant and lounge venue in Dubai are looking for an experienced Hostess.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety security and smooth operation of entrance. You will be responsible for managing the entry and exit points overseeing security procedures and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Scheduled reservations over the phone and in person.
• Maintained host book including schedules reservations and duties.
• Escorted guests to their selected tables provided menus and drinks.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of door staff ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to fulfill their duties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality entertainment or nightlife industry.
• Expertise working in seven rooms reservations systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent judgment and decisionmaking abilities especially in highpressure situations.
• Knowledge of security protocols crowd management techniques and emergency response procedures.
• Willing to join immediately
