• HLA Laboratory Leadership: Lead and manage the HLA laboratory ensuring accurate and timely histocompatibility testing (HLA typing cross matching antibody screening) for organ and stem cell transplant programs.
  
• Expert HLA Diagnostic Services: Deliver highquality specialized HLA diagnostic services to support optimal patient care in transplantation.
  
• Collaboration for Transplant Success: Collaborate with transplant physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes by providing comprehensive HLA expertise and timely test results.
  
• Continuous Quality Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of HLA testing services within the laboratory.
  
• Education and Training: Contribute to the education of residents fellows and laboratory staff on advanced HLA testing procedures and interpretation.

• Advanced HLA Expertise: Possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system encompassing its genetics immunology and clinical applications in transplantation.

Requirements

To be considered you need to meet the following requirements:

• Ph Doctorate Degree in related Field
  
• Full registration (and a license to practice) as Pathologist or related field
  
• 5 Years Experience in the same capacity
