Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced telesales agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages. Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities preferred (EnglishHindiKannadaTeluguMalayalamTamil).
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
