Telesales Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced telesales agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages. Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual abilities preferred (EnglishHindiKannadaTeluguMalayalamTamil).
• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
