Job Description
- Handle and respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide guests with detailed information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
- Upsell room upgrades, special packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Accurately enter and manage reservation details in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
