Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with established standards and/or scripts.

Respond to and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, travel directions, etc.
|
Provided assistance and support with departments to ensure smooth flow of operations especially dealing with guests booking and reservations
|
What we need from you
|
Ideally, you have 1-2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
|
Excellent English communication skills, Arabic language skills highly preferred
|
Amenable to work in flexible and/or rotating shifts
|
Familiar with reservations and booking systems used in hotel industry
