Lead and manage a team of cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of their work areas and to operate cleaning machinery, handle cleaning chemicals and other cleaning consumables effectively and efficiently to deliver a cost-effective service to the customer.
Ensure that all soft services are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of the organization.
Conduct training in the absence of the Supervisor or that is assigned by the Supervisor.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the soft services team, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the soft services team, ensuring that all areas are covered.
