SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Training Need Analysis & Calendar Planning:
To identify the current and future training needs of the organization in consultation with the Business Heads.
Analyze the feedback from performance appraisals and study external benchmarks in which training interventions will have high impact.
Develop / deliver or facilitate various levels of training from entry level / front-line to leadership development for the senior team.
Establish tie-ups with industry associations like online clothing industry, Central silk board, apparel resources, NIFT Etc to conduct functional training for sales, merchandising, sourcing and design teams.
Roll out of annual and monthly training calendar covering the functional, managerial, and individual skill training requirements.
Content development & Delivery:
Deliver high impact programs especially for the leadership team on focus areas such as team building, transactional analysis, first time managers, etc.
Build repository of content by associating with the industry relevant bodies, colleges, networking forums, articles, and research papers on LMS.
Training Effectiveness & Others:
Build the vendor ecosystem to develop content and deliver the over the rack training programs across soft skills, managerial skills and certain functional skills.
Identify the right mix of training modes to instill the constant learning and retention.
Create and implement feedback mechanisms for various types of training & development initiatives to assess effectiveness and take corrective action where required.
Build, organize and utilize the LMS tool for effective implementation of learning practices
Identify the metrics to track and analyse the productivity and ROI of trainings conducted.
Create a pool of training champs by effective management of TTT program.

Key Performance Indicators of Success
Launch of L & D Calendar for the year
Implementation and utilization of LMS
Content development for business/functional trainings
Drive the consumption of training content by tracking the required learning hours of the employee
SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in management or training diploma viz., ISTD
Certifications in Competency assessments, coaching and instructional designing
Years of Experience
7 - 9 years
Nature of Experience
Other Requirements
High Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in relatively unstructured environments
Strong verbal and written communication
Interpersonal skills; a team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities
Ability to function independently, prioritize on a real-time basis and manage multiple stakeholders
