Payroll Administration
· Process Payroll: Handle the end-to-end payroll processing for employees using SAP Payroll software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and UAE labour laws.
· SAP Proficiency: Utilize SAP Payroll to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, and generate necessary reports.
· Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data through regular audits and validations.
· Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.
· Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, and other company-provided benefits.
