Overview > The Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Risk Management Consultant to join the team. In the role you will leverage your expertise in risk management to act as a Consultant for external organizations providing strategic guidance and implementation support. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of risk management principles excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients

Activities > 1) Conduct thorough assessments of clients' risk management practices identifying areas for improvement and enhancement; 2) Develop customized enterprise risk management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and industry dynamics; 3) Assist clients in the practical implementation of risk management frameworks policies and procedures; 4) Deliver training programs to client teams increasing their awareness of risk management best practices 5) Establish monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented risk management strategies 6) Stay informed about industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements 7) Maintain open and effective communication with client stakeholders including executives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives 8) Stay abreast of industry trends emerging risks and best practices in enterprise risk management

Required qualifications > 1) Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management Business Administration Finance or a related field 2) Master’s degree and relevant certifications (e.g. CRM ARM) are preferred 3) Proven experience in enterprise risk management with a successful track record of consulting with diverse organizations 4) Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently 5) Familiarity with a variety of industries and risk contexts 6) Previous Consulting Firm needed (Big4 Boutique MBB) 7) Collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport with clients
