1. Assist Payroll run operations.
2. Provide professional answers of payroll queries to Groups employees and to ensure any payment issues are properly resolved.
3. Enter payroll deduction data In system like staff miscellaneous deductions penalties etc.
4. Update in system employee profile data and payroll records regularly.
5. Coordinate with Group Business Coordinators for missing information as required.
6. Issue payroll statements to Groups staff like Statement of Accounts.
7. Assist In standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
8. Maintain Confidentiality of all payroll information.
9. Assist Time Attendance process.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Minimum educational professional and vocation qualification required
Graduation in any discipline preferable in accounts.
Strong computer skills such as typing system and software knowledge
Knowledge of wage withholding orders
Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns
Being an effective team player
Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
Ability to work independently in a timesensitive environment
Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
Minimum years of relevant work experience
23 years experience in payroll or accounts position in the UAE.
