- Owner of the Atlantis Dubai CRM infrastructure & system integrations
- Atlantis representative on the Kerzner CRM working group
- Management of key CRM performance channels – email, SMS, push and WhatsApp
- Atlantis Dubai customer data program lead
- Creation and execution of data strategies utilising key customer touch points, CRM channels & Tealium CDP
- Ensure that brand standards are met through consistency in EDMs, including, guest confirmation letters, Wi-Fi sign up, pre-arrival emails, in-resort communications, and The Atlantis Circle dining rewards program
- CRM reporting and gleaning insight from an email engagement and database perspective
- Customer lifecycle management through application of database segmentation techniques to manage and engage new, active, and dormant profiles
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive single view of our customers
- Adhering to all relevant data protection legislation
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- 10 + years’ experience in a similar Digital leadership role
- Experience in an enterprise level CMS and CRM solution are essential
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing is required for this role
- Experience in a CDP, DAM, enterprise loyalty solution or GA360 are advantageous
- Knowledge of mobile application development and complex system integrations is a nice to have
- Understanding and application of data analytical methods to measure marketing & business performance
- High comfort level in a role that straddles marketing, IT, commercial and operational teams
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Fluency in English along with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences across the business
- Strong presentation skills to educate internal audiences with Digital, CRM & Data related matters
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
