Job Description
We are looking for a Cluster Director of Digital Marketing to join the Banyan Tree & Delano team to lead the Digital Marketing in the cluster.
The Director Digital Marketing will work closely with the Director of Marketing and revenue teams to develop commercial but creative innovative marketing strategies and collaborate with the team to bring our stories to life in the right channels at the right time. They will also have their finger on the pulse in terms of consumer insights and behaviour be adventurous thinkers with clever ideas and come with a network of cultural connections to create inspiring fun and meaningful brand partnerships.
Reporting to the Cluster General Manager the role is perfect for someone that wants to challenge the tried and tested formulas of hospitality and offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects from creating exciting commercial packages to spearheading brand statement events finding ways to innovate our guest experiences to building strong communities of Hox Friends and brand partners
Qualifications :
- Someone proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable & collaborative too
- Who can also maintain a flexible and calm attitude especially when we launch a fast track concept!
- Someone who loves to think strategically and logically but also wants to challenge the status quo
- A person with a little black book of partnership connections and a track record of successful collabs
- A person who is passionate about brand and innovative ideas however weird or wacky
- Someone that isnt scared of numbers and budgets
- Someone who knows their CPCs from their CTRs and loves to use the data to optimise performance
- A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
