About The Role

Are you a natural sales person? Do you possess a flair for dealing with people, upselling products and creating a memorable shopping experience for guests? As a successful Retail Clerk you will go above and beyond in your role applying these skills on a daily basis, providing a friendly and informative service on various products available to guests across the resort. You will hold experience in a similar role, with the strong ability to recognize guests needs and advise on products whilst also applying upselling techniques to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.

About You

You will work on a rotational basis across Atlantis branded retail outlets within the resort, applying your strong customer service and sales skills to exceed daily targets. You will greet customers with a warm welcoming smile and act as an Atlantis ambassador, with strong knowledge on various products available to the guests. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and show high levels of professionalism, five star customer service and a high level integrity at all times. Retail Clerks must also handle cash and credit card transactions, applying good attention to detail to minimize any discrepancies.
