Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an experienced MEP Supervisor for a leading landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseeing MEP installations and maintenance ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering highquality results in a timely and efficient manner.
Supervise and manage the installation maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems within landscaping projects.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure MEP works are integrated seamlessly with other project components.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all MEP installations and systems comply with relevant codes standards and project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Monitor project timelines and budgets ensuring that MEP works are completed on schedule and within allocated resources.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to MEP activities including progress reports inspection reports and maintenance logs.
Ensure that all MEP work adheres to health safety and environmental regulations.
Provide training and guidance to MEP technicians and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source and select appropriate materials and equipment for MEP installations.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and fire protection systems.
Immediately available candidates will be given preference
