Collect work orders and materials/tools/equipment needed to perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles according to manufacturers' repair technology.

Ensuring accurate diagnosis of faults and efficient use of time allocated for repairs. Report to the Team Leader any delay in repairs due to unavailability of parts or any other reason.

Ensuring authorization for additional repairs and reserving parts for repair requests. In the event of a warranty repair/parts exchange program, the removed part will be returned to the Parts Department in the same carton to facilitate reviews and obtain the necessary credit, if any. In the case of retail jobs, keep old parts inside the vehicle except for batteries and parts that may cause stains on the vehicle's interior trim/carpets.

Maintain personal service tools, keep car lifts and work area clean and comply with health and safety standards.

Update knowledge by doing online courses regularly and attending class lessons.

Maintain all personal service tools safely. Any breakage or accident must be reported to the Team Leader/Immediate Supervisor/Tool Room to get a replacement.

Ensure correct registration/de-registration in the system and writing in the repair order according to the specified procedure.

Any unused parts must be returned or properly stored in accordance with company procedures. Used items must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Work overtime if jobs need to be finished to ensure customer satisfaction as per Team Leader requirements.

Any other positions as assigned by the Line Service Supervisor/Senior Service Manager.
Required profile of candidates
Skilled refrigeration technician with more than 7 years of experience in maintenance and repair. Expert in troubleshooting and providing effective solutions. An effective refrigeration technician with a proven track record of successfully installing and repairing equipment.
