What You’ll Do:
- Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to address the marketing goals of top advertising clients through creative strategies and solutions on Snapchat
- Communicate and build strong relationships with partners across clients and agencies to understand their business goals
- Influence, educate and inspire clients and agencies to think differently about Snapchat through presentations and pitches
- Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes
- Discuss and provide feedback on campaign design
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement long-term brand strategy and partnership strategy against client’s and Snap’s business objectives
- Work across multiple clients and verticals
- Build strong relationships with account executives, account managers, producers, sales leads, and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new scalable client solutions
- Collaborate with other Creative Strategy team members, locally and globally, to ensure best practices are being shared and cross-sell opportunities identified
Knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details
- Understanding of digital and mobile marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms leveraging different formats
- Experience building innovative creative experiences and developing impact-driving strategies
Minimum qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English - written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related area of study or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field
- Deep understanding of the cultural norms and nuances of the region, particularly of Saudi Arabia - from both a brand and audience perspective
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of developing outstanding creative ideas and solutions applied in digital and offline mediums
- Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies to solve for business needs across a range clients
- Exceptional ability to understand and solve for any advertiser challenge
- Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading advertising solutions
- Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote
