On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Chief Asset Management for a wellknown Hospitality Group based in the Middle East having properties in different locations of the World.
Job Overview
As the Chief Asset Management you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all company assets including hotels resorts restaurants and other hospitality properties.
You will work closely with the CEO of the Group as well as the Executive team to develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and profitability of their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the optimal performance and profitability of all company assets
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the executive team
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company assets including regular inspections and necessary repairs or renovations
- Oversee the procurement and management of necessary resources and services for asset maintenance and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors contractors and other partners to ensure the highest quality of service and costeffectiveness
- Conduct regular property evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset management plan including budgets forecasts and risk assessments
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on the performance and status of company assets
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for all properties
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset management to continuously improve the companys operations
Qualifications:
- Should be from Financial institutes Real Estate Hospitality background
- Must have managed assets across Europe US Asia and GCC should be familiar with GCC market
- Must have asset managed a sizeable company asset up to 10 US Billion spread across multiple global locations
- Must be willing to work closely with 3035 hotel GMs across the world Middle East Europe & US
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills experience in leading a team of hotels & resorts GM and top managers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Knowledge of local & International laws and regulations related to property management and maintenance
- Willingness to travel as needed
