Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Oversee and implement the company's digital strategic vision and long-term goals, focusing on the integration of digital health and e-commerce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, leadership team, partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with leadership, including clinical leaders, to ensure comprehensive supporting strategies.
- Translate ideation into the expansion of integrated healthcare system offerings.
Business Growth:
- Scale the business by introducing digital revenue streams supporting long-term vision.
- Design and deliver an integrated business plan, annual budget, and capital programs to achieve year-on-year growth.
- Lead major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, or new market entry to achieve the vision.
Digital Operations:
- Guide the ongoing development and enhancement of the digital health platform, ensuring it meets market needs and maintains a competitive edge.
- Optimize the online presence, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
- Manage product, engineering, and development teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the app from conception to delivery.
People and Culture:
- Create a compelling employer brand that fosters engagement and wellbeing among employees while ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Reinforce company values, aspirations, and diversity strategy through regular behavioural reminders.
Sustainability and Community & Brand:
- Ensure key drivers of sustainability, including social impact, economic viability, adaptability, and capacity to deliver, are embedded into the culture and brand promise.
