Job Description

Our client a dynamic and innovative company based in Dubai is committed to enhancing the customer experience by offering the latest solutions and technologies in construction architecture and home finishing. They believe in the importance of highquality products in the lifelong homebuilding journey ensuring the quality of life for individuals and addressing todays environmental challenges. They are currently seeking two motivated Sales Executives to join their team in Dubai.

Tasks

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive you will be a key player in driving the companys growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction architecture and home finishing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate the companys products and solutions to clients highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions competitor activities and customer needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the management team highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in sales preferably within the construction architecture or home finishing industries.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
