- Develop W&J business through retail network in the area
- Ensure the boutiques performance reaches objectives both at quantity (budget) and quality (client experience, retail operation) level
- Ensure the W&J branding strategy is well implemented
- Define in collaboration with the Business Unit annual sales target and budget for each boutique, deployment and follow-up on action plans
- Be a strong support in the development of a dedicated CRM & events strategy related to retail activations, working closely with Marketing team and CRM specialist
- Support business development by being an actor in selling directly to clients
- Be a strong team player: assist the Retail team in sales and actively participate to the monthly activities of the boutique. Participate in all high Jewelry events
- Embody Dior DNA and represent the Maison as a brand Ambassador
- Supervise and follow the boutiques openings and/or renovation projects
- Develop W&J representatives & expertise in each boutique; develop & animate the W&J referent community for France & Monaco
- Coordinate and plan with the Training department trainings required for the team and to boost business on the category
Job responsibilities
ROLE PROFILE
- An experience of minimum 5 years is required, and a track record in sales within a luxury retail environment like high end or W&J universes is expected. An additional analytical experience will be much appreciated (product analysis, assortment management).
