Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s IT business in the UAE market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, including IT infrastructure, software solutions, and IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that meet client needs and address market demands.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management practices.
