Job Description

Consultz is supporting a well renowned Investment Management client in the region to hire a Department Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in coordination roles with a proven track record of managing projects schedules and communications efficiently. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities strong interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning execution and completion of various projects.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and reports.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules meetings and events.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for team members as needed.
  • Handle logistics for events including booking venues arranging catering and preparing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects and activities.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and team members.
    Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana Trello or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
