Consultz is supporting a well renowned Investment Management client in the region to hire a Department Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in coordination roles with a proven track record of managing projects schedules and communications efficiently. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities strong interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning execution and completion of various projects.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and reports.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Manage and coordinate schedules meetings and events.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for team members as needed.
- Handle logistics for events including booking venues arranging catering and preparing materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects and activities.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a coordination or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana Trello or similar tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
