Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Prior experience leading a team of individual contributors
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile tools such as JIRA
- Extensive hands on experience performing change impact assessments to determine impact to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (Business owners, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and others) in the creation of solutions for complex, global business problems. Ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of all solution requirements
- Collect and transform information into useful and interesting content for customers and employees, which can convey ideas relevant to the industry
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, dependencies, and impacts
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, and the capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
- Strong executive presence and experience advising and interfacing business leadership on technology-related issues, excellent executive-level verbal and written communication
- Ability to independently drive projects through to completion
- Train teams on updates to processes
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement
- Drive complex projects in collaboration with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Collect and transform information into useful and interesting content for customers and employees, which can convey ideas relevant to the industry
