Job Description
1.Fettling Department - Grinding Operator (Big & Small)
:Grinding Operations: Operate grinding machines to remove excess material, burrs, and imperfections from castings, ensuring smooth surfaces and precise dimensions.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components for quality defects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Kaizen Implementation: Actively participate in Kaizen activities aimed at improving grinding processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing innovative solutions.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
