Job Description
You’ll Need To Have
- Knowledge of H&W legislation and delivery relevant to their area of work.
- Current health and wellbeing issues and trends.
- Supporting and developing team members’ H&W competency.
- Being able to network and share information and knowledge gained.
- Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and health and safety and wellbeing (HSW).
- Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.
You’ll Also Have
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to coach and develop teams and individuals in developing health and wellbeing (H&W) competency
- Project and programme management skills and experience
- Communication and presenting skills.
- Analytical thinking, ability to generate insights from health and wellbeing (H&W) data sources.
- Proven experience initiating, delivering, and managing organisational health and wellbeing projects and programmes and achieving results.
- Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and best practice.
