You’ll Need To Have

• Knowledge of H&W legislation and delivery relevant to their area of work.
• Current health and wellbeing issues and trends.
• Supporting and developing team members’ H&W competency.
• Being able to network and share information and knowledge gained.
• Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and health and safety and wellbeing (HSW).
• Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop teams and individuals in developing health and wellbeing (H&W) competency
• Project and programme management skills and experience
• Communication and presenting skills.
• Analytical thinking, ability to generate insights from health and wellbeing (H&W) data sources.
• Proven experience initiating, delivering, and managing organisational health and wellbeing projects and programmes and achieving results.
• Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and best practice.
