- Develop, conduct and deliver research reports and custom consulting projects in the telecom and tech domain.
- Work in partnership with business team on shaping both quantitative and qualitative research programs to clearly address business questions.
- Exploring and initiating new research tools and platforms for data analysis and presentation including Google analytics or Tableau Gain market insights and perform competitive market analysis to create strategic product plans and roadmaps for future growth as part of consulting engagement with clients.
- Managing a wide range of research programs like Customer satisfaction, Brand health monitoring, Market sizing, Segmentation, Usage & Awareness studies, Concept testing, Pricing analysis and other adhoc requests.
