The Replenishment Associate diligently delivers effective customer service, adhering to established standards and guidelines to enhance sales opportunities. They assist customers with inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Before store opening, they meticulously prepare their section for trading, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards to create an inviting environment. Following FIFO principles, they display products prominently while promptly removing damaged or expired items from shelves to maintain quality and safety. Coordinating with the warehouse team, they ensure a steady flow of stock to the selling area, replenishing merchandise according to display guidelines.
