Deliver review and develop recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement.
Support the situational ysis of the current state of the AFRS, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (Current state report)
Identify the gaps and the areas for improvement in the AFRS, including its structure, governance, operations, performance, capabilities, resources, and future challenges.
Support the development of the vision and strategy for the future state of the AFRS, including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization.
