Grade :Assistant Vice President Level 2
Min Qualification Masters in MBA/HR or relevant qualifications
Preferred :HR Professional with a specialization in Policies, Governance Oversight with experience managing some level of Recruitment
Experience :12- 15 years of Relevant Experience
JOB Roles :
1. Conceptualizing, writing and discussions of HR Policies with an oversight from the HR Head
2. Ensuring HR Governance is up to date especially from an Audit perspective
3. Experience in Recruitment oversight so that the incumbent also provide thoughts on sourcing of candidates, especially Senior/Management level roles
4. Preferably a core HR Generalist who would be able to support the HR Head in all strategic matters related to the HR and Organization including, but not limited to, Organizational Development,
high level matters of L&D/Training
5. Evaluate and improve process levels within HR in functions such as Payroll, Vendor Management.
6. Ability to oversight Payroll and HR Shared Functions.
