Job Description
Job Responsibilities ofLPN:
Obtainspatient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure temperature,and respiration.
Record apatient’s medical historyaccurately
Observe patientsunder treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications,etc.
Communicates withpatients and theirfamilies.
Observing andrecording patients’ conditions and reactions tomedications andtreatments
Attends general andmedical staff meetings and participates in quality improvementprojects.
